Receta Marinated Sirloin Steak

Ingredientes
- 2 lb -2 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 3/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 med Onion -- minced
- 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 clv garlic -- chopped
- 2 tsp Dry parsley flakes
- 1 tsp Dry thyme
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Place steak in a shallow dish or possibly large heavy-duty resealable plastic bag.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the meat.
- Cover or possibly seal and chill overnight. Remove meat; throw away marinade.
- Grill, uncovered, over medium coals till meat is cooked as desired, about 6-7 min per side for rare, 8-10 min per side for medium or possibly 11-13 min for well-done.
