Receta Meatloaf Stew
Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd round
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, minced finely
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all loaf ingredients in a large mixing bowl, using a fork. Form loaf in a baking pan large sufficient to hold loaf and vegetables. Combine all sauce ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Mix well. Place potatoes and carrots around loaf. Pour sauce over meatloaf. Bake 1 1/2 hrs, basting loaf occasionally with sauce.
