Receta Cinnamon Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1/4 c. shortening, melted
- 2 lg. cooking apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 T melted butter
Direcciones
- Beat egg and sugar till creamy. Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in alternating with lowfat milk to egg mix. Stir in oats and shortening. Spread half the batter in greased 9-inch round pan. Arrange apple slices over batter. Spread remaining batter over apples.Put together topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25- 30 min. Serve hot.
