- 2/3 c. Pepperidge stuffing
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
Direcciones
- Mix together. Top with sauce. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. Sauce recipe is sufficient to top meatloaf. Double the recipe and serve hot for those who like more sauce.
