Receta Mexican Wedding Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 c. minced nuts
- Sufficient confectioners' sugar to dust finished cookies
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Sift flour and salt together.
- 3. Cream butter with sugar till light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla. Gradually add in flour, mixing only till smooth. Blend in nuts.
- 4. Form dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake for 12 min or possibly till lightly brown. Dust at once with confectioners' sugar and allow to cold. Makes about 5 dozen.
