Receta Micro Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. All Bran cereal
- 1 c. 100% Bran Cereal
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Pour warm water over cereals; add in buttermilk and sugar. Beat Large eggs; add in to cereal. Add in butter, flour, baking soda and salt and stir till just mixed. Put in jars (will keep 5 to 6 weeks) till ready to use. Don't stir when taking out. Pour into muffin pan and microwave for 2 1/2 min "full power".
