Receta Microwaved Stuffed Peppers

Ingredientes
- 6 medium green peppers
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef (cooked)
- 1 c. cooked long grain rice
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Cut off tops of peppers, remove seeds and membrane. Mix beef with rice, onion, salt, pepper and garlic. Fill pepper with mix. Arrange in a microwave casserole dish. Mix soup with water. Pour over and around peppers. Cover tightly in plastic wrap. Microwave on high (175 degrees) for 28 to 32 min. Let stand covered for 5 - 10 min, then heat cheese over the top. (Cheese is optional.)
