Ingredientes
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 x egg
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 F.In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lowfat milk, melted butter and egg.
- Add in lowfat milk mix to flour mix, stir in your 1/2 c. of flavouring (blueberries, chocolate chips, etc.) and then stir only to moisten.
- Lightly grease and flour muffin tins or possibly line with paper muffin c.. Spoon batter into each c., filling 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 min.
