Receta Mocha Brownie Cheesecake Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pch Salt
- 1/3 c. Whipping cream
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Instant coffee pwdr
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Powdered sugar

- Heat chocolate chips and butter. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Spread batter into greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Cold.
- Filling: Heat whipping cream and coffee pwdr till coffee dissolves.
- Cold. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Beat in Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, flour, vanilla and coffee mix and blend well. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon filling into brownie. Bake at 325 degrees till set, about 35 min. Cold completely and chill till chilled.
- Topping: Stir lowfat sour cream an sugar together in small saucepan. Heat over low heat till sugar dissolves. Don't let boil. Spread over chilled filling.
- Cold, then chill till thoroughly chilled, at least 2 hrs.
