Receta Mussels Pasta With Fennel And Vodka

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 sm red onion, minced
- 1/2 c. fennel, sliced
- 1 lb mussel
- 2 Tbsp. vodka
- 1/4 c. fresh basil, minced
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 c. capers
- 3 c. penne pasta, cooked
- 1/2 c. parsley, minced, for garnish
- Â Â lemon, wedges, for garnish
Direcciones
- Heat butter and saute/fry the red onion and fennel for about 2 min.
- Add in the mussels and continue to saute/fry another 2 to 3 min.
- Add in the vodka and let simmer for 1 minute.
- Add in the basil, cream, salt, pepper and capers.
- Let simmer about 2 min and add in to cooked pasta.
- Mix well and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
