Receta Nabeyaki Udon

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb spaghetti
- 2 tsp oil
- 3 c. stock
- 1 x carrot, minced, nice
- 1 x onion, minced, fine
- 1/2 x inch ginger, grated
- 1 head broccoli, cut into flowerets
- 1 pch salt
- 1 x few pcs of fresh crab or possibly 1 x 7 ounce tin crabmeat
- 1 x egg
- 1 x green onion, minced, nice
- 1 pch cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
Direcciones
- Put the spaghetti on to cook.
- Heat a frypan over medium-high, add in oil. Stir onions, ginger and carrots.
- Cook for 2 min, then add in the stock and bring to the boil.
- Add in broccoli and salt.
- Place the noodles in a large serving bowl, pour in the stock mix and garnish with crab.
- Crack the egg into the broth, sprinkle with the remaining ingredients and serve.
