Receta Oat Bran Banana Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. oat bran
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. mashed banana
- 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon molasses
- 2 egg whites
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/2 T cinnamon
- 1/4 T salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd allspice
- 1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 8-10 muffin cups or possibly line with paper liners. Put together oat bran, lowfat milk, and mash banana in mixing bowl; stir in bran till well moistened. Let stand 15 min. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into muffin cups and bake till they are browned, 30-35 min or possibly till tests done. Transfer to wire rack. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature. I substitute 1/4 cup Egg Beaters for the 2 egg whites.
