- 3 c. Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 c. Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Grnd Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1Â 1/2 c. Lowfat Lowfat milk
- 1 sm Banana, cubed
- 1/4 c. Sunflower Seeds, toasted
Direcciones
- Combine the flour, oats, baking pwdr, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in a bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend.
- Spoon into oiled muffin tins or possibly paper muffin c..
- Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 min.
