Receta Oatmeal Sausage Cups

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. quick or possibly old-fashioned oats
- 1 lb roll sausage
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x egg white
- 1 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
- 2 tsp butter
- 8 x Large eggs beaten
- 1/2 c. soft cream cheese (plain or possibly herb)
- 3/4 c. minced seeded tomato liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degres.
- To prepare oatmeal c., combine sausage, oats, lowfat milk, egg white and onion in medium bowl. Divide mix proportionately among 12 muffin pan c.. Press mix firmly on bottom and up sides to create hollow c.. Bake 12 to 15 min or possibly till cooked through. Drain c. on paper towels and keep hot.
- To prepare filling, heat butter in large skillet. Add in Large eggs; cook, stirring frequently. When almost done, mix in remaining ingredients; cook till Large eggs reach desired doneness. Divide mix proportionately among sausage c.; serve warm. Chill leftovers.
- This recipe yields 4 servings of three c. each.
