Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1Â 1/2 lb beef stew meat cut 3/4" cubes
- 4 med carrots cut 1/2" slices
- 3 med potatoes with peel cut 1/2" cubes
- 1Â 1/2 c. frzn pearl onions from 16 ounce package
- 1 x celery rib cut 1" slices
- 3 c. vegetable juice cocktail
- 3 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 tsp beef-flavor instant bouillon
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- In large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat till warm. Add in beef; cook 4 to 6 min or possibly till browned.
- In 3 1/2- or possibly 4-qt slow cooker, combine browned beef and all other ingredients; mix well. Cover, cook on LOW for 9 to 10 hrs or possibly till beef and vegetables are tender.
- This recipe yields 5 servings.
