Receta Orange Roughy Supreme

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Orange roughy
- 1 c. Dry white wine
- 1/4 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. Low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c. Green onions
- 1 dsh paprika
Direcciones
- Place fish in baking dish. Pour wine over orange roughy and marinate in refrigerator l5-30 min. Throw away wine and pat fish dry with paper towels; dip both sides in bread crumbs. Place fish back in baking dish.
- Combine yogurt and green onion and spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in 400 degree oven about l5-20 min or possibly till fish flakes when tested with fork. Serve with baked potatoes and steamed carrots.
- Makes 6servings.
