Ingredientes

6 x Large eggs separated
1Â 1/2 c. of sugar
1 c. of minced walnuts
4 ounce semi sweet chocolate(grated)
2 x yellow "Delicious" apples - peeled & grated
1/2 c. of Matzo Meal

Direcciones

Beat egg yolks with sugar till lemon colored and thick. Gently stir in nuts, chocolate, apples and matzo meal. Beat egg whites till they form stiff peaks but are not dry.
Fold into egg yolk mix gently but thoroughly. Turn mix into a 9 inch spring form pan and bake 55 min at 350 degrees or possibly till cake springs back when pressed lightly with your fingers. Cold in pan.
