- 2 c. elbow macaroni (7 ounce.)
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 ctn lowfat sour cream (8 ounce.)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 dsh white pepper
- 1 x egg slightly beaten
- 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- Â Â Paprika for topping
- Â Â Butter for greasing baking dish
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni according to directions; drain. In a bowl combine cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, egg, salt and pepper. Add in shredded cheddar, mix well. Stir in cooked macaroni. Turn into a 9x9x2 buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 45 min in a 350-degree oven.
