Receta Pebre (Chilean Hot Salsa)

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Oil, olive
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar, wine, red
- 1/3 c. Water
- 4 x Chiles, aji, seeded, stemmed chopped
- 2 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 c. Onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp Oregano, chopped
- Â Â Salt, to taste
Direcciones
- Combine the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and water in a bowl and beat with a whisk.
- Add in remaining ingredients, mix well, and let stand for 2 hrs to blend the flavors. Served with grilled or possibly roasted meats Substitute 1 jalapeno or possibly 1 habanero chile if the aji chiles are unavailable.
