Receta Pecan Bars

Ingredientes
- Â Â Crust
- 3 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 3/4 c. Butter, softened
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â Pecan Filling
- 3 lrg Egg
- 1 c. Corn syrup, light
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 Grease a 15 1 x 10 1 by 1 inch jelly roll pan.
- CRUST; Beat together flour, butter, sugar and salt with mixer on low speed till crumbly, ( mix will be dry. ) Press firmly into jelly roll pan.
- Bake for 20 min until lightly golden, don't over bake.
- PECAN FILLING: Mix all ingredients except the pecans, till well blended. Stir in the minced pecans. Spread filling proportionately over baked crust. Carefully place in oven.
- Bake about 25 min or possibly till filling is set. Cold completely before cutting into squares.
