Receta Pickled Bologna

Ingredientes
- 1 c. White vinegar
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. White sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Mixed pickling spices
- 1 med Onion, sliced
- 1 x Ring bologna, cut into 2-3 inch pcs
Direcciones
- Mix together first 5 ingredients and boil for 8 min; cold. Put bologna and onions in large glass jar. Pour vinegar mix over bologna.
- Chill overnight before serving. Store in refrigerator.
