Receta Poached Salmon With Mustard Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 8 ounce Mushrooms, washed & minced
- 4 x Salmon steaks
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine
- 5 x Egg yolks
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Â Â Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 stk butter
- 2 Tbsp. Whole mustard (Moutarde de Meaux)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter an ovenproof dish. Add in mushrooms to cover bottom of dish; add in wine and place steaks on top of mushrooms. Cover with buttered wax paper. Bake 20 to 25 min, or possibly till done. Serve with Mustard Sauce. Mustard Sauce: Place yolks in blender. Add in lemon juice, salt and pepper; blend. Heat butter. Add in to yolk mix slowly while blender is operating. Add in mustard.
