Receta Pork Chop And Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 4 med potatoes - (to 6) peeled, sliced thick
- 4 x boneless pork chops - (to 6)
- 1 pkt stuffing mix with cranberries - (6 ounce)
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Place potatoes in a 3 1/2-qt or possibly larger crockpot; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Top with pork chops; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Combine stuffing mix with 1 c. warm water and 1 Tbsp. softened butter. Spoon over the pork chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hrs.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
