Receta Pork Short Ribs

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. water
- 4-6 lg. beef or possibly pork short ribs
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- In oil, saute/fry onion and then remove onion from pan.
- In same oil, brown ribs well on all sides - about 15-20 min.
- Add in sauteed onion.
- Mix vinegar, brown sugar, catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery and salt.
- Pour on top of ribs.
- Simmer, covered, turning occasionally for 1 1/2-2 hrs.
