Receta Porketta With Two Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 med dark orange sweet potatoes peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 x yukon gold potatoes cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 tsp fennel seed crushed
- 1 tsp dry oregano leaves
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 x 2 lb. boneless pork loin roast
- 1 c. chicken broth
Direcciones
- Place potatoes in a 3 1/2- to 4-qt slow cooker. In small bowl, combine fennel seed, oregano, paprika, garlic pwdr, salt and pepper, mix well. Rub into pork roast. Place pork on potatoes. Pour broth over pork roast and potatoes. Cover, cook on low setting for 8-10 hrs. To serve, remove pork roast from slow cooker. Cut roast into slices, serve with potatoes.
