Receta President Reagan's Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb macaroni
- 1 c. hot lowfat milk
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 Tbsp. warm water
- 1 x egg, beaten
- Â Â sharp american cheese,
- 1 tsp dry mustard shredded
- 1 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni in pot till tender. Drain. Mix butter, egg, mustard, salt, lowfat milk and warm water. Combine macaroni and butter mix in bowl. Add in 3 c. shredded cheese. Combine. Pour into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with additional shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350F 45 min, or possibly till custard is set and top is crusty.
