Receta Raw Tomato Relish

Ingredientes
- Â Â When it's just too warm to cook, you can still put up tomato relish using this

- 25 x to 30 ripe tomatoes, blanched, peeled, and minced
- 3 med onions, minced
- 1 sm red warm pepper, minced
- 6 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1/2 c. salt
- 2Â 1/2 c. vinegar

- Mix minced vegetables in a big bowl, sprinkle with 1/2 c. salt, stir. Let mix stand 2 hrs. Pour into jelly bag; let drain overnight or possibly till mix is entirely dry. When vegetables have liquid removed dry, mix sugar, vinegar, and spices
- In a pot; heat till dissolved, stirring occasionally. Pour liquid on liquid removed vegetables, stir, ladlerelish into warm, sterilized pint jars. Cover; process n boiling bath 15 min. Ifusing pressure cooker, process tomato relishes at 10 lbs pressure 10 min.
