- 1 sm Onion
- 5 x Dill pickles
- 2 Tbsp. Chives

- 4 Tbsp. Beef stock
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- Â Â tb Mustard
- Â Â Salt
- Â Â Pepper
