Ingredientes
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Deep skillet, 1 1/2 inch deep oil for frying.Heat water, butter and salt to boil. Add in flour till mix forms ball, remove from heat. Beat in large eggs. Beat till smooth. Using decorators tube with large star tip squeeze 4 inch strips of dough into hot oil turning once about 2 min. Drain on paper towel. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Roll crullers in mix. Makes approximately 2 dozen.
