Receta Salmon Wild Rice Pasty Filling

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Salmon, poached or possibly barbecued
- 2 x To 2 1/2 c. cooked wild rice (cooked in chicken or possibly Flavorful stock)
- 3 x Green onions, minced
- 1 x Red Bell pepper, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lrg Clove garlic, chopped
- 3/4 c. Apricot or possibly favorite chutney
- Â Â Cut salmon into chunks.
Direcciones
- Put rice in a mixing bowl. Saute/fry onions and pepper in butter and extra virgin olive oil till soft. Stir in garlic and saute/fry for 1 minute longer.
- Combine with rice and mix well.
- To assemble pasty, place a layer of rice on the pastry square, top with chunks of salmon and 1 or possibly 2 tsp. of chutney. Fold over and, bake as directed in yeast dough recipe.
