Receta Savory Melon Sorbet

Ingredientes
- 1 x (2 lb.) cantaloupe melon, peeled, seeded, cubed
- 1 c. chicken stock or possibly 2 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in:
- 1 c. water
- Â Â Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 3 x to 4 basil leaves, minced
- Â Â Dash of Tabasco
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a food processor/blender, process melon and chicken stock to a smooth puree. Fold in remaining ingredients, except melon. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
- Freezer Method: Pour prepared mix into several undivided ice trays. Place in freezer; freeze till almost hard.
- In a food processor/blender, process till smooth. Return to trays; cover; freeze till hard. Serve on pcs of melon, if you like. Garnish with sprigs of rosemary, if you like.
