Ingredientes
- 1 (17 ounce) whole kernel corn with juice
- 1 (17 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella or possibly cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Top with cheese and bake 5 min more.
