- 8 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Soured cream
- 1 Tbsp. Premium grain vodka or possibly to taste
- Â Â Smoked salmon
- Â Â Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Beat the Large eggs in a bowl. Heat the butter in a heavy bottomed saucepan on a low heat and add in egg mix.
- Cook slowly, that will make it even creamier, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- When Large eggs reach a creamy consistency and are almost ready stir in the cream and vodka (having stirred the vodka into the cream first).
- Serve immediately with smoked salmon.
