Receta Shinnecock Flounder Fillets Epicure

Ingredientes
- 6 x flounder fillets
- 1/2 lb hard white mushrooms
- 1/2 c. minced chives
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. light cream
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 pch cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- Â Â Paprika to taste
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Arrange fillets in a buttered baking dish, cover with sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chives. Season cream with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne.
- Pour cream over fish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Remove from oven, sprinkle with paprika and brown quickly under the broiler.
