Ingredientes
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
- Paprika
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 4 ounce (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 1/2 ounce sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 9 ounce frzn shrimp (I use crab met)
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 9 ounce pkg. broccoli
- 4 c. warm cooked rice

- Cut large eggs in half lengthwise; remove egg yolks from whites. Place yolks in small bowl, mash. Add in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, onion pwdr and hot pepper sauce; blend well. Fill egg white centers with yolk mix. Sprinkle lightly with paprika; chill.Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large saucepan over medium heat, heat butter. Stir in flour and oregano; cook till mix is smooth and bubbly. Gradually add in lowfat milk. Cook till mix boils and thickens; stirring constantly.
- Add in cheese, stir till melted. Add in liquid removed mushrooms, broccoli and shrimp to cheese sauce. Cook 2 to 3 min. Pour into ungreased deep dish. Bake 20 min - serve over rice.
