  2. Cut large eggs in half lengthwise; remove egg yolks from whites. Place yolks in small bowl, mash. Add in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, onion pwdr and hot pepper sauce; blend well. Fill egg white centers with yolk mix. Sprinkle lightly with paprika; chill.Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large saucepan over medium heat, heat butter. Stir in flour and oregano; cook till mix is smooth and bubbly. Gradually add in lowfat milk. Cook till mix boils and thickens; stirring constantly.
  3. Add in cheese, stir till melted. Add in liquid removed mushrooms, broccoli and shrimp to cheese sauce. Cook 2 to 3 min. Pour into ungreased deep dish. Bake 20 min - serve over rice.
