Ingredientes
- 2 pound sirloin
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Direcciones
- Cube sirloin, shake in bag with flour and brown in veg. oil. Small quantities at a time - with each skillet add in some of minced onion and pressed garlic. Transfer to large saucepan with 1 1/2 c. water and rest of ingredients. Cook till tender. Serve over cooked, buttered noodles.
