Receta Slow Cooker Lasagne
Grandma shared this recipe with Rebecca to begin her adventure in the kitchen, we are hoping for many more.
Ingredientes
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 Large Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 29oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 6oz can Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 pkg Lasagna Noodles (2 pkgs if using NoCook)
- 4 Cups(16oz or more) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups small curd Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Direcciones
- In a skillet cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- Add the tomato sauce, water, tomato paste, salt and oregano; mix well.
- mix cottage cheese, shredded cheese and parmesan cheese together well, if to thick just add a little milk to thin out.
- In the cooker spread a fourth of the meat sauce in an ungreased 5-6 quart slow cooker. Arrange a third of the noodles over sauce (break noodles if necessary).
- Take the cheese mix and spread over the noodles and then make two more layers like the first one. Top with remaining meat sauce and drizzle it over the top.
- Cover and Cook on low for 4 - 5 hours or until noodles are tender.
