Receta Spinach Quiche (Jewish Dish)

Ingredientes
- 1 baked pie crust
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 T flour
- 3 large eggs
- Paprika (1 healthy pinch)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 T salt
- 1 c. cream
- 1/4 T cheese slivered (Swiss or possibly Mozzarella)
- 1 box of spinach (or possibly substitute your favorite vegetable)
Direcciones
- Brown minced onion in butter. Pour into mixing bowl. Add in flour, large eggs, paprika, salt, cream and blend well, fold in the cheese and pour on the spinach already in the pie crust. Bake for 20 min or possibly till hard at 350 degrees.
