Receta Spinach Salad with Avocado and Toasted Almonds
Creamy, crunchy, spicy and sweet, this salad covers all the flavor bases and provides a wonderful base for the linked Ginger Sesame Salmon recipe. It's beautiful too.
Ingredientes
- 10 ounces fresh spinach (1 bag)
- 1 cup cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1 cup avocado diced
- 1/2 cup orange segments
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/3 cup marinade reserved from Grilled Ginger Sesame Salmon (linked below)
Direcciones
- Combine spinach, cucumber, avocado, orange segments, and radishes for the salad in a bowl. Toss ingredients well. Pour reserved 1/3 cup marinade from Ginger Sesame Salmon over salad ingredients as a vinaigrette. Garnish salad with almonds.
