Receta Sugar Free Apple Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Minced dates
- 1/2 c. Finely minced peeled apple
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 c. Plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt, optional
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Liquid sweetener
Direcciones
- In a large saucepan, combine dates, apples, raisins and water. Bring to a boil; simmer for 3 min. Remove from the heat; cold. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt if you like. Stir into apple mix and mix well. Combine Large eggs and sweetener; add in to batter. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min.
