Ingredientes
- 12 slc White Bread Slices -- crusts
- Â Â Removed
- 3 Tbsp. Butter -- to spread on
- Â Â Bread
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms
- 2 c. Onions -- finely minced
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- 1 lb Cheddar Cheese -- grated
- 5 whl Large eggs
- 2Â 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 3 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- Â Â Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Direcciones
- Butter bread, set aside.
- Heat 1/2 c. butter, saute/fry onions & mushrooms.
- Grease 13 x 9 casserole. Layer 1/2 bread, mushrooms & onions, sausage, & cheese.
- Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, mustards, nutmeg, salt, & pepper. Pour over casserole, cover and chill overnight.
- Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
