- 45 gm Garlic pwdr
- 45 gm Paprika
- 25 gm Grnd ginger
- 25 gm Mango pwdr
- 25 gm Dry mint
- 25 gm Beetroot pwdr (or possibly 5g deep red colouring pwdr)
- 20 gm Chilli pwdr
- 10 gm Anatto seed pwdr (or possibly 3g yellow colouring pwdr)
