Receta Ten Bean Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. beans
- 2 quarts. water
- 1/2 pound ham
- 28 ounce. canned tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 to 1 c. each: diced celery, onion, potato (to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- (Baby limas, yellow split peas, pink beans, black-eyed peas, green split peas, lentils, small white beans, pinto beans, great northern beans, red kidney beans).
- Soak beans overnight. Drain and add in water. Simmer 1 hour or possibly till beans are soft. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 30 min more. Puree beans if you like and serve with crusty bread.
