Ingredientes
- 1 lb Turkey -- grnd/cooked
- 1 x 10 ounce can
- Â Â Cooked/mashed
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 c. Onion -- minced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Squash -- diced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Zucchini -- diced
- 1/2 c. Red pepper
- 2Â 1/4 ounce Cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 2Â 1/4 ounce Mozzarella cheese --
- Â Â Shredded
- 4 x Egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. Bread crumbs
- Â Â Pinto beans --

- Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, beans, garlic pwdr, cumin, oregano, and pepper. Coarsely mash beans with pastry blender; transfer to prepared pan.
- Prepare skillet with oil; add in onion. Cook over medium-high heat 2 min.
- Add in squash, zucchini, and red pepper; cook 3 min longer. Spread vegetable mix over turkey mix. In a small bowl, whisk together cheeses and egg whites; pour over casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 30 min, or possibly till golden.
