Receta Toffee Crisps

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2Â 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 bag almond brickle (7.5 ounce.) or possibly toffee bits or possibly about 1 c. ( 6 ounce.) minced chocolate-covered toffee candy bars
Direcciones
- 1. Cut butter into chunks and put in a large bowl; add in granulated and brown sugars. Beat with a mixer to blend, then beat on high speed till the mix is fluffy.
- 2. Add in Large eggs and vanilla; beat to blend.
- 3. Add in flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Mix on slow speed to incorporate dry ingredients, then beat on medium speed till well blended.
- 4. Stir in almond brickle.
- 5. Drop cookie dough in rounded tsp. portions about 2 inches apart on oiled or possibly nonstick baking sheets.
- 6. Bake in a 375 degree oven till golden, 8 to 10 min (if using one oven, alternate pan positions after 4 to 5 min).
- 7. Cold about 2 min on pan. With a wide spatula, transfer cookies to rack to cold.
- 8. Serve, or possibly store airtight at once for up to 3 days. Freeze to store longer.
