Receta Turkey Pea Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. onion, diced
- 3 c. turkey or possibly chicken, diced
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar pimento, diced
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- In glass 1 1/2 qt casserole, heat butter. Add in onion, cook till transparent. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover, cook on High heat for 10 to 12 min, or possibly till bubbly, stirring once during cooking. Serve over warm rice. Serves 4. In conventional oven, bake at 325 degrees for approximately 35 min.
