Ingredientes
- 2 large eggs
- 4 T butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 c. apples, sliced
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs with fork. Add in flour to lowfat milk, then add in to egg mix and beat. In a large frying pan, heat 3 tbsp butter. Add in batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 min.Meanwhile, in saucepan heat 1 tbsp butter. Add in apples, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and cook 10 min. When batter is baked, slide pancake into a pie plate. Add in apple mix. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min.
