Receta White Chocolate Macadamia Nut

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 T warm water
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg. white chocolate, cut in pcs
- 1 can macadamia nuts, cut in half
- 8 ounce coconut or possibly chocolate chips may be used
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and butter with sugars. Add in water, egg, and vanilla; cream again. Add in dry ingredients; stir well. Add in nuts, chocolate pcs, coconut and stir. Bake 10 min at 375 degrees.
