- 1 c. Gold Medal whole wheat flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Direcciones
- Beat egg till fluffy. Add in remaining ingredients, mix only till smooth. Makes 8 (4 inch) pancakes. Really good and healthy!
