  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water. Pour boiling water over sugar and butter and stir. Add in Large eggs and beat. Cold completely then add in yeast; add in flour and salt. Chill, covered, for 4 hrs. Turn out on floured board and knead till satiny (about 10 min). Grease bowl, add in dough and chill. Knead again and shape into rolls. Let rise 1 hour and bake at 350 for 15 min.
